Welcome to PokiClass. Our platform is designed to empower tuition centers, music academies, and other educational institutions with tools to manage their operations effectively. By utilizing our services, you agree to adhere to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), which govern your use of the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the PokiClass platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
2. Definitions
"PokiClass" refers to the SaaS platform provided by Bidou Technology.
"User" refers to any individual or entity that creates an account and accesses the PokiClass platform.
"Workspace" refers to an organizational unit within the PokiClass platform, used to manage specific tuition center operations.
"Owner" refers to the User who creates and manages a Workspace.
"Plan" refers to the pricing tier chosen for a specific Workspace.
3. Account and Workspace Management
Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
Each Workspace is independently managed and associated with its Owner. Users may create or join multiple Workspaces.
Each Workspace operates under a separate pricing plan. Upgrading one Workspace does not affect the plan or features of another Workspace.
Owners can invite other Users to collaborate within a Workspace, subject to the limitations of their chosen plan.
Newly created Workspaces will always start on the Free plan.
4. Payments and Billing
All payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to comply with Stripe's terms and conditions.
Subscription fees are charged per Workspace and can be billed monthly or yearly as selected by the Owner.
Payment information is handled and stored securely by Stripe. PokiClass does not store sensitive payment details.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our refund policy and Stripe's terms.
Users are responsible for ensuring that payment information is accurate and up-to-date to avoid interruptions in service.
5. Privacy Policy Reference
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using PokiClass, you consent to the practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-Party Services and Integrations
By enabling integrations with third-party services, such as Gmail and Stripe, you agree to their respective terms and policies. PokiClass is not responsible for any issues or disputes arising from the use of these third-party services.
7. Data Ownership and Responsibility
Users retain ownership of all data and files uploaded to the platform. While we take reasonable steps to ensure data security, PokiClass is not liable for any data loss or unauthorized access due to user actions or third-party breaches.
8. Limitation of Liability
PokiClass is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
9. Termination Clause
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to PokiClass for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
10. Refund Policy
Refunds for subscription fees will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests should be submitted within 3 days of payment.
